Mud City’s open old-time jam will be looking for a new home! We’re looking for a pub or bar where there’s some foot traffic. Let us know if you have a lead on a great spot for us! \nJoin us at the Claim 52 Old-Time Music Jam! \nWhere: Claim 52 Brewing – 232 Lincoln St. in Eugene \nWhen: The 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 6:30-8:30 pm (THIS WILL BE THE LAST ONE FOR A WHILE!!!) \nBring your acoustic stringband instrument if you want to play with us or just enjoy dinner\, drinks and some great music. And we’ll have Maggie Lind (Portland\, OR) calling hot squares for us all night long! \nIf you missed our dances last winter\, or didn’t catch us at the Cascadia Wildlands benefit at the Farmers Market last month\, this is your chance to jump in while the tunes are hot!! \nOld-time community square dancing is taught by the caller\, so you don’t need any experience\, special clothing\, or even a partner! Our dances are intergenerational\, welcoming to folks of all abilities\, and feature gender-free calls.
